What the *hell* is that thing?
It sweeps up the invasive plants (milfoil?).
Yup, Jim wins the prize. It's a milfoil harvester. Just one of many types of boats that navigate our waterways.
You don't wanna swim in front of one either, let me tell you.
So that would be like the waterways equivalent of a snowplow, right? Shouldn't the correct action be to take the "lane", videotape the encounter and send the video to the police and post it to sailing blogs?(sorry, couldn't resist...)
