Rachel Dow, 29, has not been seen or heard of since Thursday night - missing work in the process - not like her. She would have been on this blue Bianchi fixed gear bicycle in Uptown Minneapolis, possibly heading towards the river for a solo ride (edit - she was seen biking alone from Uptown Bar). It was relatively warm Thursday night, making for good weather to go outside.
